Honor-With-Action is an independent advocacy, awareness, educational, and victim-remembrance project focused on honoring victims, preserving public information, and encouraging meaningful action.

Contributions made to Honor-With-Action are considered voluntary donations that help support the operation and continuation of this project.

Because donations are used to support ongoing project expenses, research, website maintenance, content creation, administrative costs, and the daily living expenses necessary for us to continue operating this project.

All donations are generally non-refundable.

​

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

​​​​

• A duplicate donation was made accidentally.

​

• An incorrect donation amount was charged due to a technical error.

​

• An unauthorized transaction occurred and can be reasonably verified.

​

Refund requests must be submitted within ten (10) days of the original transaction and should include the donor’s name, transaction date, donation amount, and any supporting information regarding the request.

Honor-With-Action reserves the right to review all refund requests on a case-by-case basis and determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

By making a donation, at the time of purchase, you acknowledge and agree that your contribution is voluntary, is not a purchase of goods or services, and supports the continued operation of Honor-With-Action.
